Analyst :
BUSINESS ANALYST / SYSTEMS ANALYST :
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Meet with business and technical staff to document the current process and requirements for IT solutions. Identify and document risks, issues, dependencies and constraints. Work with IT Project Managers and IT Managers to ensure that solutions are aligned with business strategies and fit inside the IT Strategic plan.
Bachelor’s in Computer. Science, IT, Engineering (Any), Business Administration, MIS, Finance or related required.
PROGRAMER ANALYST / DEVELOPER :
Analyze, design, develop, customize and implement complex software modules and systems according to specific client requirements using various tools and technologies including Oracle, Oracle Financials, SQL, PL/ SQL, SQL Navigator, SQL Plus, SQL Forms etc., under Windows and UNIX operating systems; analyze, design, develop, modify and implement customized and complex computer systems for commercial applications based on user requirements using Client/Server technology; evaluate user requests for new or modified programs; enter program codes into computer system; enter commands into computer to run and test programs; read computer print outs or observe display screen to detect syntax or logic errors during test program, or use diagnostic software to detect errors; replace, delete or modify codes to correct errors; and related tasks. Employee will perform the following tasks under supervision and as part of a team.
Education and experience required: Masters Degree in Computer. Science, IT, Engineering or related required. Bachelor’s degree with 5 years job experience in similar occupation shall also be considered.
QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST / TESTER :
This is a contract to hire opportunity through the end of the year with a possibility for extension. Please see below for a list of general technical requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Debug and defect tracking.
- Execute the overall quality assurance and test processes.
- Develop, maintain and execute test plans, procedures, cases and logs.
- Web based testing and system level testing (mostly manual, little automation).
